About me
Alice Oakley brings over three decades of experience in K–12 education, spanning roles as a classroom teacher, instructional leader, facilitator, and author. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early and Middle Grades Education from Radford University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, K–12 Reading Certification, and National Board Certification. Most recently, she completed a Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University, with a concentration in Learning Leadership, which strengthened her expertise in adult learning and organizational change. Alice co-founded Education Resource Group, LLC in 2004, where she partners with districts to design and implement sustained, job-embedded professional learning.
