About me
Andi Johnson is a Targeted School Improvement Mentor with Roanoke City Public Schools, supporting elementary and middle school teachers through instructional coaching, PLC facilitation, and data-driven professional development. With over a decade of secondary education experience, she has taught social sciences, coached varsity sports, and served as a Virginia Personal Finance Teacher Fellow, providing statewide professional learning. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Science from Liberty University, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech, and completed an Educational Leadership certificate from Radford University in 2025.
