Heather has worked in the field of education for 23 years, serving in diverse roles that have shaped her perspective on leadership, learning, and change. Her passions have led her to partner with school leaders to untangle complexity through coaching, thoughtful leadership, and reflection. Her work centers on helping leaders make sense of complexity, focus attention, and turn insight into action. Her interests include coaching, literacy, and the human side of adult learning. Outside of work, she brings that same curiosity to native gardening, pollinator habitats, and the quiet parallels between cultivating plants and cultivating people.
