Brittany Banks currently serves as a K-5 Instructional Coach at North Kannapolis Elementary in Kannapolis, NC, where she specializes in developing instruction using effective practices and coaching to close the gap between research and practice. With 7 years of experience in elementary coaching, Brittany is a firm believer that coaches play a critical role in student achievement by increasing teacher confidence with management, effective teaching practices, and reflective habits. Prior to coaching, Brittany was a kindergarten teacher for 7 years. Through her work, Brittany continues to champion the idea that when teachers thrive, students succeed.
