Keisha Brown is the Principal of The Middle College at UNC Greensboro, where she champions academic excellence, equity, and student empowerment. With nearly two decades in education, she is dedicated to dismantling barriers and creating opportunities for historically underserved students to thrive. Known for her authentic leadership, she fosters a collaborative culture among students, educators, families, and community partners. Keisha is the author of Not Your Average Principal (April 2026), where she shares candid insights on leadership, resilience, and growth.
