About me
I'm the founder of Refined Implementation, where I partner with districts and schools to build coherent systems for instructional improvement. My work helps leaders move past initiative overload by clarifying what high-quality instruction looks like and designing structures that make it show up consistently across classrooms. Drawing on nearly two decades as a teacher, coach, and learning experience designer, I bring a direct, practice-grounded approach to instructional change. I'm also building Refined Path, a platform that helps leaders capture observation data and translate it into focused coaching action. I don't believe in quick fixes—I believe in strong systems, consistent habits, and refining instruction over time.
