About me
Elizabeth Bridges is an experienced literacy leader with 26 years in public education and currently serves as the K–12 Literacy Director in Chester County School District. She has worked as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and district literacy specialist. Elizabeth is trained through the South Carolina Reading Initiative, Cognitive Coaching, and Jim Knight’s Impact Cycles. She has designed and led professional learning for educators and taught courses through the National Writing Project, Converse College, and Winthrop University. Her work focuses on evidence-based coaching practices to strengthen instruction and build teacher capacity.
