With over 20 years of experience in education and leadership, she specializes in building systems that improve school culture, instructional practices, and student outcomes. Her work has contributed to significant academic gains and organizational success across multiple schools and districts. Dr. Houston is passionate about developing innovative approaches that empower educators and transform learning environments. She co-hosts a weekly livestream with over 200 episodes entitled The REALL Academy every Saturday morning at 10:30 am to motivate and empower educators.
