I am an instructional coach, staff developer, and training specialist with over 17 years of experience in education. I hold a Master’s in Adult Training and Leadership and specialize in instructional coaching, math, leadership, and professional learning. I’ve worked across grade levels, from elementary to college, leading efforts that improved school performance in a short time by strengthening instructional systems and building educator capacity. I believe in doing the work alongside educators, not just talking about it, and I focus on building systems that sustain growth beyond my direct support. I have contributed to district-wide professional learning and have served as both a participant and mentor in Teacher TEDTalks in the state of NC, elevating teacher voice and practice.
