Sarah Combs is a Coaching Support Specialist for Henrico County Public Schools, where she leads the development and implementation of a division-wide instructional coaching model. With 19 years of experience as a secondary English teacher, literacy coach, and leader, she is passionate about building systems that strengthen teacher practice and improve student outcomes. Sarah works closely with school and division leaders and instructional coaches to design onboarding, professional learning, and support structures that foster a culture of continuous growth. Her work focuses on empowering educators through clarity, collaboration, and student-centered coaching practices.
